From a tallboy into la fin du monde tulip, pours a pale flax-like yellow with a nice pill white head. Nose is a fragrant mix of grassy, pungent and earthy floral notes, grapefruit rind, fleshy passion fruit -- really nice harmony with a lot going on. Taste follows the nose exactly. It is a very clean and fairly light mouthful -- nothing sticky, resiny, or all that malty. Finishes with a nice little lively bitterness. Somewhere betweeen wet and dry. It doesn't measure up to the best pales because it doesn't quite pack enough of a punch, but it is still a very well made .

Can. White head with lace. Hazy pale yellow.
Grassy, floral, earthy. Citrus, papaya. Honeydew. Glad this is only 5.3% as it has light flavor and tastes light. Bitter finish. It’s alright.
