Mosaic hops, custom fit with some shiny Talus & Idaho 7. Smooth & clean, just like some new subway tiles... it kinda goes with everything.

Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (30% clarity) medium yellow-golden color with a mild white head. SRM of 8. (3.50)
Aroma: Strong aromas of tropical fruit, berries, melon. Then some green guava, passionfruit, and vinous pear notes arrive. (3.75)
Flavor: Moderate flavors of tropical orange, berries, melon upfront. then a grapefruit, passionfruit, and green grape flavor linger off the end to clean the palate. Juicy, but dry. (4.00)
Feel: Light to medium bodied. Low to average carbonation. Juicy, not bitter, a slight citrus bite. Clean and relatively dry. (3.75)
Overall: Nice traditional Mosaic flavors with the addition of Talus and Idaho 7. The Talus and Idaho give it a green guava, grape, pear, and citrus vibes. Adds a little complexity. Nice flavors. Juicy and dry. I bet this hope combination would do even better in an IPA or DIPA. (Rating: 3.89)
