You just don't get it. Linking back up with our Chicagoland compadres in cloudiness over at Phase Three Brewing for some murky mischief was long overdue. This time we used an entirely new lupulin line up of our hand-selected Mosaic, New Zealand Nectaron & experimental HBC 1019. Forget it... Nevermind... You wouldn't understand.

Compared to Phase Three In Bloom 7/24: Pours lighter, hazier, milder head. Stronger aromas. More pineapple, mango, stonefruit. Less orange, tangerine, orange flesh, and melon. Sweeter.
Compared to BlackStack Petting Zoo 7/24: Pours darker, clearer. Similar aromas. Less OJ, lychee, grape, guava. More tropical pineapple, mango, stonefruit. Similar juiciness, but sweeter and heavier.
A new collab from BlackStack and Phase Three in Chicago. Promising and similar hop combo here. This one has that juicy pineapple and mango flavor typical in BlackStack IPAs. But also leans a bit more tropical from the Mosaic. The Nectaron and HBC 1019 add a bit of stonefruit creaminess. It's complex and well-rounded. Similar collab to Black Bouquet last year which was one of the best collab IPAs I've ever had. (Rating: 4.15)
