Keep your palms open so they don’t bite your fingers. Mosaic, El Dorado, Experimental HBC 586, New Zealand Nectaron & Cashmere. Soft, Fuzzy & Smooth. Just like at the Petting Zoo. At least I think it was… It also could have just been a poorly guarded farm

16 oz can into a nonick pint glass.
L: SRM 3.5 pours a hazy bright grapefruit juice color with a 1/2" dull white head that recedes to skin, low carbo, sediment in can blends in with pour, light soapy lacing, lots of sediment at bottom of glass.
S: Fruity pineapple, orange, melon, distant caramel malts, a note of soft American Kraft cheese, funky but not dank really.
T: A fruity mix that is generally sweet to start, green melon, grapefruit, lychee, citrus zest, a hint of lime, fairly bitter, a hint of yeast, bitterness lingers. It is rich and is moderately full-flavored and again, funky but not dank.
F: Fairly smooth medium-heavy bodied feel with a semi-juicy center and a med-long fairly dry finish. It is very lightly chalky.
O: Kind of messy but does have a curious flavor. An odd blend and is slow drinking. Lightly tart and complex with a cheesy aroma. It is good in its style.

Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (20% clarity) light and pale golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of pineapple, mango, melon with some guava, lychee, grape notes to support. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange juice, pineapple, mango upfront. Then a distinct, vinous grape and lychee/guava note before a slightly tart, but sweet and juicy finish. (4.25)
Feel: Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Finishes juicy, slightly sweet. (4.00)
Compared to BlackStack More Than Just A Phase 7/24: Pours lighter, hazier. Similar aromas. More OJ, lychee, grape, guava. Less tropical pineapple, mango, stonefruit. Similar juiciness, but lighter and drier.
Overall: Another BlackStack NEIPA. A broad and interesting hop combo here. Some Mosaic and El Dorado for the base. Nice additions of HBC 586, Nectaron, and Cashmere for some more elegant flavors of lychee, guava, and grape. Add a touch of tartness, but still juicy.
I do love some BlackStack IPAs. They are always making new stuff, more than often flavorful and have complex flavors. If I could get more consistent distribution from these guys I'd be having a lot more of these. (Rating: 4.15)

Another solid hazy from Blackstack.
Dangerously drinkable, drinks like 5.2 rather than 7.2.
