Brewed with our buds down at Clayton Hops in New Zealand to showcase their new Amplifire Hop Products. Positively packed with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere friends, Riwaka, in both concentrated Oil & Concentrated Pellets Amplifire forms. Quite the animated lineup if we do say so ourselves. Watch out, these Clayton Hops don’t play-doh.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity) dusky pale golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, pineapple, grapefruit, with some dank gasoline and phenolic notes. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of grapefruit, lemon, tart passionfruit. Some tart yeast. Clean and dry. (3.75)
Feel: Medium to lighter bodied, strong carbonation. Strong tart yeast. Dry and clean. (3.75)
Compared to BlackStack Lady Luck 8/24: Pours lighter, hazier. Milder aromas. Less tropical and sweet stonefruit, grape, pineapple, melon. More tart grapefruit, passionfruit, yeast. Drier, yeasty, and cleaner.
Compared to Third Space It Was All A Dream 9/24: Pours lighter, hazier. More phenolic and a bite. Less orange and peach.
Overall: All Riwaka New Zealand hop here. Some dank gasoline and phenolic aromas. Tames a bit on the aroma but still citrusy, slightly tart yeast profile. Clean. Not quite what I was expecting. A bit harsh and phenolic. Slightly tart, not very well-rounded.
