Before we get to the beer, I just need to get your opinion on a couple of things. Focusing all of our attentions on Krush Hops, formerly know as Experimental HBC 586. Can I get a show of hands on who's ready to KRUSH one of these bad boys?

16oz can, adhesive label. No dating information found.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Thin finger of white head with the pour, and this retreats to an island and full ring. Not much lacing left behind, just a few scattered short strings. As the body recedes, the final expression is a small surface storm and an incomplete ring.
Aroma of floral bits and tropical fruits. Mango and fragrance.
Taste is abrupt and strongly fruity. Flavors are buzzy with lemongrass, mango, orange citrus, and mixed berry. Aftertaste trails off slowly with fruit flavors, especially the mixed berry and lemongrass.
Medium mouthfeel. Oily but ultimately a clean finish. Bitterness is low, but there is a hint of resin. Okay carbonation.
Bright and expressive hop flavors, but missing out on lacing and bitterness. Correct clarity for a West Coast IPA.

Clear, golden pour and body; fantastic dense carbonation; initial thick head, white, frothy, and sticky, fades to a thin height yet long-lasting with fat, dripping rings of foam clinging to the inside of the glass. Perfumy and floral nose. Well-rounded flavor; nice malt base with a fine hop bitterness; some tropical fruit notes. Medium-heavy body; firm velvet-like softness; a tad sticky; nice blend of juiciness with a note of dryness.
Looking up Krush hops, they are known for tropical fruit characteristics. I get that in the taste, but find it more floral on the nose. The taste comes across well-balanced. It's not usual to find Minnesota beers in Colorado Springs, but I'm glad I spotted a single of this. I would love to have a few more of these on hand. A very nice example of a single hop India pale ale.
ABV: 7.1%; pouring temperature: 46.9 ℉; canning info: 12/09/25

From a 16oz can with no date on it.
This beer is clear and is golden in color. There's a 2 finger white head. The head retention isn't the best, and there's no lacing on the glass.
The aroma has a nice light hop note to it. It has a bit of a citrus character to it.
The flavor is based on the hop used. It has a bit of pine to it and it also has a slight citrus note to it. There's a bit of bitterness to the beer.
The body is nice and full feeling. There's a bit of a clingy feeling.
I am happy with this beer. It has a nice flavor and a good feeling.
