We Brewed this one for the 3 Year Anniversary with our buds at Weldwerks in Greeley, CO to celebrate the occasion. Blessed with Berkley Tropics Yeast to drive the release of Thiols with something old (Crosby Estate Comet), something new (Experimental HBC 1019), something borrowed (Weldwerks selected Citra) & something blue (our Selected Simcoe Cryo). Mazel Tov!

Appearance: Pours a translucent goldenstraq with a two finger head; good retention with a few shards
Smell: Juicy Fuit gum, melon and mango; there is an unusual element of cotton candy in the aromatics, as well
Taste: Juicy Fruit gum and melon with a touch of mango developing; I am struggling with describing the back end, and I don't think cotton candy captures it quite like it does in the aroma; there is a fusel alcohol element that is throwing me off
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation; some warmth in the gullet
Overall: The first of the BlackStack bunch to disappoint; I will give them a mulligan
Thanks, MJohnson303, for the opportunity
