Collaboration with Toppling Goliath
It only took us 65 million collabs with our buds at Toppling Goliath to make a beer we can drink more than one of in a single sitting. A Pseudo prequel to our Previous Prehistoric Collabs featuring Superdelic, Comet, Krush & Toppling Goliath’s Selected Mosaic. You heard that correctly… Sorry Y’all, no citra this time… So Sue us.

Tall pint poured into a pint glass. Pale yellow, opaque hazy with a thick, foamy cap. Strong piney, fruity aroma. A lot of citrus with some tropical - orange, mango, grapefruit. Tastewise, there is quite a bit of grapefruit with pine and citrus. Definitely a background note of grain/malt. Mid body, solid carbonation, clean and slightly sweet finish.

Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (10% clarity) medium to light pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Aromas of orange, stonefruit, tropical, apricot, berries, and grape. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavors of orange, red stone, fruit, apricot, strawberry and some berries underneath. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, strong carbonation, finishes, relatively clean. (3.75)
Compared to BlackStack Sharper Image 10/25: Pours lighter, milder aromas. More tangerine, red stonefruit, berries. Less orange citrus, pineapple, mango. Drier and lighter.
Compared to Toppling Goliath King Sue 10/25: Pours lighter. More stonefruit, berries. Less orange citrus, pineapple, mango. More abrasive.
Overall: Land Before Time, a collab with Toppling Goliath. Interesting hop combination notably without Citra. Definite orange, stonefruit, berry flavors from the Krush and Superdelic. Nice and tropical and kind of has a tropical "prehistoric dino" flavor that is hard to describe. Nice and tropical, but not overly memorable. (Rating: 3.93)

On tap at the Town Hall Station, served in a tulip, looks great, kind of electric orange, semi hazy, and tight 1 finger of bubbles. Nose is lots of citrus and a little tropical fruit, kind of zippy, and that follows through and gets developed in the taste. pale malts, I’m guessing, as well as maybe some flaked oat, but it is just background. It has a lot of great parts to it, but it is also very tightly constructed, and seems a little over-controlled, like something cooked up in the laboratory that doesn’t quite have a natural feel to it.
