We know what you're thinking... What took so long? Our stanky little pride & joy, Local 755, with all of what would just be our hand selected Citra normally with an unreasonable amount of Citra Fresh Hop Cryo from our good friends at Yakima Chief. An unreasonably fresh take on our forever favorite fog dog. It's 755 somewhere.

16oz can, adhesive label. No dating information found.
Cloudy/hazy, pale gold colored body. Thin white head with the pour, and this slowly recedes to islands and a full ring. Leaves behind thin lines and tiny spots of lacing.
Aroma of hops, with mango, lemon, pineapple, and orange. Gets more dank as the body warms.
Taste is sharp and biting, but a little sweet. Flavors of mango, orange, pineapple, lemon, and grapefruit, with a touch of terpene bitterness. Herbal, earthy, and dank. Aftertaste brings all flavors to a seamless conclusion.
Medium mouthfeel. Quick dry texture. Stings the tongue with each sip. Okay carbonation.
Presents as fresh, raw, green, and with intensity. Not the most pleasant expressions but represents the concentrated hops used in the brew process.

From a 16oz can with no date on it.
This beer is murky and hazy as expected. It is a lot more pale than the regular 755, but still has the golden juicy color. There's a 2 finger fluffy white head to the beer. Great head retention with some lacing on the glass.
The nose is what I'd expect from a 755 beer - it is dominated by the hops. Tropical hop nose. Some pineapple and mango notes to my nose.
The flavor is a hop based flavor. I am getting some pineapple and mango in the flavor. The one big flaw of the flavor is it is so muted. The flavor hits right away, but falls off to nothing fast. There's not much bitterness on the backside, just faint.
The body seems to suffer from the flavor drop off. The body hits and goes away way too fast.
Well there's no off putting flavors here, just nowhere enough of them. This seems like a half of a beer.
