Straight Coasting' with our buds down south at North Park Beer Company in San Diego, CA. This here isn't what you would call a flyover combo Krush, Krush Cryo, Mosaic Hyperboost and Crosby Farms Deep Cut Cascade. They may be from the Left Coast, but they always seem to be right about hops... Park it, you won't be disappointed.

Canned 3/30/26
Appearance: Pours a mostly clear yellow, mild golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 6-7. (4.00)
Aroma: Deep aromas of orange, tangerine, stonefruit. Some earthy melon sweetness underneath. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavors with orange, lemon, grapefruit juice. Mild pine with a citrusy, juicy OJ finish. (3.75)
Feel: Medium body, appropriate carbonation. Finish is juicy, citrusy, mildly sweet with a sweet OJ pulp feel that lingers. Minimal bitterness.
Overall: A WCIPA from BlackStack. Traditional Cascade hops plus some Mosaic and Krush to give it a more tropical flavor. Citrusy, juicy, but pretty mellowed bitterness. Another faux WCIPA. Why is it so hard to make a WCIPA these days? Stick to the C hops and make it bitter. Rather, this is a juicy, tropical American IPA. I'm enjoying it though. (Rating: 3.83)
