Tap pour at Northern Taphouse in Plymouth. Served chilled in a stemmed glass.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Creamy head which is a dull white color. Leaves behind torn webs of lacing.
Aroma of tropical fruit and some green melon.
Taste is semi-sweet and fruity, but not overripe. Flavors of pineapple, papaya, and green melon. Late addition of lemon for contrast. Low bitterness. Gets tangy in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Soft texture but is more clean at the finish. Very slight tongue sting. Good carbonation.
Fruit juicy, hop driven brew.
