Cloudy burnt orange body with a white head and tons of lacing. Classic grisette smell and taste here: gently tart lemon, mild funk, a hint of minerals, met with farmhouse grain and a rising yeast with a floral kiss. Body is a little lighter than most, but nice dialed in level of sour, well balanced but want a little more intensity. A drinkable introduction to the style

Hazed yellow/light gold. Tart and funky. Brett and barnyard character dominate with nice lemony notes. Decent balance but definitely more tart than anything else. Light bodied, crisp and refreshing.

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy golden-yellow with a medium white head that lingers briefly, leaving light lacing.
Aroma: Funky with subtle fruity esters—think pear and a touch of lemon zest.
Taste: The initial tartness mirrors the nose, carrying through those fruity notes with a pleasant tang. Hints of lemon peel add complexity.
Mouthfeel & Finish: Crisp and dry, with a refreshing snap on the finish.
Overall Impression: A well-executed brew that balances funk and fruit with finesse. Bright, lively, and satisfying.

12oz can received in a shipment from Beer Drop. No freshness date on the can, which was rather dusty and dented.
Hazy yellow gold color, with a big, sudsy, noisy, bone-white head.
Smells like coriander and lemongrass, which seems about right for the style, but there's no sign of funk, despite it having been brewed with Brett.
Taste is much like the smell. It drinks like an average saison. It's got the spiciness of Belgian yeast and has a sharp lemony fruitiness, but there's no barnyard funk that indicates the presence of Brett.
Light bodied, as I would expect for the style.
I think this is so old that the Brett has somehow expired. It drinks just fine if one enjoys grisettes and seasons, but it's definitely not what it once was or was at least intended to be. I'm starting to think Beer Drop deliberately buys old beers for cheap, then assigns them top value when building them out to its members.

A pale gold color with a little haze. Small white head, some lace.
Fruity, funky aroma..
Taste of pear, tart. Late hop bitterness.
Crisp, effervescent mouthfeel.
Very drinkable. I wish I hadn't given one to my wife.

From a can. Mostly clear but with some sediment. Golden in color with several fingers of white soapy foam. Smells funky and fruity, pear. Flavor is funky, fruity (pear again), and mildly tart. Thin bodied.

Pale gold pour with excellent clarity; lots of streaming carbonation; two fingers of fluffy white foam; excellent cap retention; heavy ring; soapy lacing. Funky barnyard, fresh fruit, pear nose. Mild funk/wet horse blanket, tart pear; clean cracker malt; some hop bitterness in finish. Clean crisp dry light body; sparkling effervescence. Overall, outstanding!, very enjoyable and so drinkable!

I grabbed another Brewery Bhavana beer in my very first Tavour box, but I’ve yet to try that one. When I saw this one, I was still intrigued enough to take a chance on it. I need more Grisettes in my life, and it’s especially cool that it’s a tart one. Let’s see what it has to offer
Pours a cloudy yellow gold with 3 fingers of soapy white head that fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing
It definitely leans into more of an earthy/funky vibe in the nose rather than tart but it’s pretty damn good. I’m picking up on aromas of lime zest, honey, bready malt, earthy hops, tannic white wine, petrichor, lemon zest, and light straw
It’s definitely more tart in taste, but still remains nicely balanced. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting lemon zest, lime zest, crackery malt, earthy hops, white grape, white pepper, straw, and wildflower honey. The swallow brings notes of lime zest, white pepper, bready malt, tannic white wine, wildflower honey, earthy hops, and light straw
A light body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a slick beer. Finishes bone dry and earthy
This is a solid Grisette that is very refreshing. It’s worth a try for sure

4-pack of cans from Tasty Beverage in Asheville.
Two rounds with a Rare Vos glass.
Quick-hitting, thin white head. Slightly hazed golden body.
Soapy, mild green citrus & fresh flour scent.
Taste is a refreshing tangy & lightly bitter blend of green melon, orange rind, crust & light hops. Good bite of lemon acidity. Mostly dry, soft to moderate carbonation.
Drinks well & often.
