Appearance: Pours a cloudy copper color with a two finger head; spotty lacing
Smell: Saison yeast and oaky tones; the gin barrel and juniper berry elements are detected
Taste: Grainy, with spicy Saison yeast tones forward; the gin barrel builds, through the middle, with the oak and juniper flavors lingering through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: I was a little wary of this beer as I have had some disappointing experiences with gin barrel aged stout but this worked pretty well for me
