Appearance: Pours a clear burnt orange with a one finger head that quickly fades to a ringlet; leggy, with spots of lace sticking
Smell: Oaky and tart, with cherry and blueberry tones
Taste: Tart cherry forward, with blueberry undertones developing; oaky with a puckery finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low carbonation
Overall: Mouthfeel issues aside, the combination of the tart cherry and blueberry tones presents an interesting twist on the Flanders style
