Appearance: Pours a hazy peach juice color with a modest head; splashy lacing
Smell: Fruit, oak, yeast and funk all together with a peachy tone most prominent
Taste: A hint of blueberry, up front, with the funk and yeast tones building; the peach blossoms, in the middle, with the oak adding a woodsy finish; there is a peach pit bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: With a lively mouthfeel that mirrors the adjuncts, this is another example of Bhavana's gifts with the Saison style
