Appearance: Pours a relatively clear golden color with a thin head that fades to a bubbly ringlet; a few speckles
Smell: Funky and leathery Brett dominates, with a green apple, lemony herbal tone underneath
Taste: Green apple, lemon and herbal tones with a peppery element; Bretty funk, in the middle, with the tart lemon and green apple tones bringing up the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: The Brett has had time to do its magic and produce a combination of funk and tart elements
