A hazy pale orange body builds a thick off-white foam head that leaves wide wobbly arms of lace.
I think this is more a hefe than the wit it was entered as on UT, as it has more classic notes of clove and banana bread, though the esters don’t dominate, allowing the soft wheat elements to maintain a nice balance.
Yet again Two Monks has developed a very softly fluffy medium body that’s really pleasant on the palate.
