Foggy burnt yellow with an off-white head of dense foam.
I did not expect this to wow me but it works, and I'm not sure I should be surprised because it makes too much sense. While a little yeast twang and hints of toast and clove keep it grounded, the very mild but creamy peanut butter characteristic pairs with the banana esters so well it's insane.
While I've never had a peanut butter hefe before, enjoying these pb-banana vibes while being right next to Strickland’s frozen custard has me ready for a scoop!
