Faintly hazy straw yellow with a creamy white head of moderate height.
Very classically old world and easy drinking, the citrus and coriander are there, but mild. The backbone contains a touch of bready, savory toasted wheat, while an almost funky note on the nose reminds me perhaps of a natural gose, but with no acidity.
