Slightly hazy golden color with a thick fluffy head.
Aroma has a fruity dank character.
A citrus undertone in the taste and a grassy, subtle hop finish.
Light body, well carbonated.
The smell is strange for the style, otherwise it's good.

L- Opaque golden body with white pillow top. Lacing sticks around.
S- Slight sweet bread.
T- Unique taste for a pilsener. Not offensive. Odd but enjoyable. Apricots come to mind.
F- Full bodied, enjoyable.
O- Recommended.

12 oz brown bottle - not dated
Little Bavaria filled my glass mug with a clear classic golden color and atop sat a 2-finger fluffy white head that held well. The nose has a floral aroma of fresh cut grass. The taste matches the smell with a dose of citrus and light hop bitterness at the finish. Mouth feel is light, crisp and clean. The carbonation is fine and very active.
Little Bavaria is an easy drinking German Pilsner. A good representation of the style.

Had as part of a flight at the brewery, pale yellow in color, soapy head and lacing. Aroma is muted, somewhat fruity. Taste is spicy and bready, with a kind of sweetness underneath. Crisp, clean feel. Decent
Edit: brought a couple bottles home from the brewery and totally forgot I'd had it before. Review stands as is.

Bottle marked 08:54 2164 SP at 42 degrees into shaker
$ 1.69/12 oz bottle at the Lager Mill
Aroma of grain
Head average (four cm, aggressive pour), white, creamy, diminishing to three mm ring and layer
Lacing fair – some frothy partial curtains and islands
Body light yellow, some chill haze
Flavor starts more sour than bitter but not a particularly pleasing sour, kind of spoiled. No hops, no malt, no alcohol, no diacetyl.
Palate light to medium, watery, lively carbonation
I see from the label that this was contracted to Stevens Point. Bad choice.
