Served in my Spiegelau tulip. Pours a lovely honey-colored hue with the slightest haze to the clarity. Nose head on this one. Nose expresses hints of green apple and funk. Taste consistent with nose. Mouthfeel is light in body with a mild acidity and a carbonation just shy of still. Overall, nice balance of complexity and drinkability. A little more carbonation would do wonders for this beer. Sorry to see it's retired.
