On-tap at Moor Beer Co. Vaults & Tap Room, London, England
A: The beer is very dark brown when viewed from afar and when held up to the light traces of reddish brown are noticeable near the edges of the glass. It poured with just a thin collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of red wine are present in the nose along with hints of sour cherries.
T: The taste is rather sour and has flavors of cherries and oak along with notes of red wine from the barrel aging.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and rather tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer has a good balance between the sour cherries and red wine.
Note: Blend #2
Serving type: on-tap
