Pours almost a clear, hay color with a large white head.
Taste was light malt and very mild tartness and was overall very thin and not much going on. No lingering aftertaste.

Hazy light gold color. Moderate head which leaves plenty of streaks and spots on the glass.
Very meek aroma. I get soured apple (faintly).
The taste had a touch of sourness I wasn't expecting. It's also missing the soft malt base. It's not bad but it would be better described as a low hop pale ale. Rich body, particularly for this style.
