7-day old crowler into a snifter
Big billowing white head, hazy straw color, foam sticking around, leaving a nice lacing
On the nose, cloves, bananas, wheat - taste follows the nose with maybe a hint a rhubarb in the back, nice and creamy
This is a very good hefe - not getting much if any rhubarb influence .
