This is our first barleywine. The 2025 vintage is three different variants each aged in a different barrels (cognac, Papa’s Pilar rum, Willet bourbon). The result is a velvety, robust, and balanced beer with notes of pecans, toffee and dark fruits. A perfect dessert beer for the cold and dark winter months.
