In the modern era, beers have come to blur the lines of culinary creations. In that regard, we present you with a dessert-inspired stout, seamlessly melding the chocolatey roastiness of the malt bill with lactose, hazelnut, coconut, and vanilla. Conditioned on 1.5lb of vanilla beans, 100lbs of toasted coconut and 50lbs of roasted hazenuts, this truly is a dessert in a glass. The 2026 vintage was also dosed with a special blend of Chugach Mountain Roasters coffee that was aged in a Girdwood Reserve barrel making it a truly unique collaboration!
