From PET growler. Hazy yellow color, a bit of white head. Aroma is really nice, like a herb infusion with camomile or jasmine, somewhere in that area. Meadow flowers, grains and light citrus. Taste keeps some of the floral notes, some grainy malt, light bitterness on the finish. Medium to light body, soft carbonation. A really interesting, rustic beer with an intriguing aroma.
