One of my favorite lagers - at the time of this review is the 22nd time I've imbibed
Pours a clear and vibrant straw color with a thin and settling white head
Sweet, grassy grain, buttery biscuit and hint of florals on the nose.
Amazingly grainy, some earthy herbalness and low hop bitterness
Crisp, clean and just enough carbo bite to keep me coming back and coming back (and coming back)
Overall, like I mentioned above, probably my favorite local lager.

a solid standard american yellow lager here, crisp enough, nicely lagered, and well made, probably my second or third favorite of the handful of beers we had in here, bright and clear and well refined looking from the tap, an inch of white head slowly dissipating. no real hops to speak of in this, perhaps a pinch of something noble, or noble-esque late, but bitterness is real low, well below conventional pils level, and the malt profile is very one dimensional, off full dry, but light enough to appear that way, very mild breadiness from the lager yeast as well, delicate in some ways, and active in mouthfeel, which makes it for me. i dont ask for too much in a beer like this from a place like this, but i still find myself happy when they deliver, like ive had enough bad ones to genuinely appreciate even the decent ones, and this is a mark above even that. enjoyed with their excellent chicken philly sandwhich here, the food was generally a little better than the beer, but both were above average overall for sure. a fairly tidy and straightforward lager, no complaints.
