Handsome pour with a very dark, near black brew and long-lasting tan-beige foam in the tumbler. Interesting aromas of fruit and cocoa, with Coca Cola in the nose. Sudsy and mouthfilling. Quite sweet from start to finish. Flavors of bitter dark chocolate along with the roasted malt. Long aftertaste of chocolate and caramel. This is really quite pleasant if you're in the mood for a sugary sip. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at the Springville location.

Pours textbook black with a thin tan head. Some visible sediment settling at the bottom and drifting as well. 3.75
Light roasty and coffee aroma. Some slight hints of vanilla and chocolate. 3.75
Roasty and dark malt follows. Slight vanilla sweetness and balanced out by an earthy as opposed to sweet chocolate. 4
Light body for a 7% "junior" stout. Crisp and sharp carbo bite. Almost has a thick cola like thing going on. Fairly dry finish. 4
Overall a decent example of the style, makes me wish they still produced their BA version of it.
