English summer ales are one of our Brewer Julia's favorite styles: Goldstar is a beer that is constantly being improved and worked on in this version we tried a new hop variety called Adeena. It is a French hop that has citrus, floral, and spice characteristics. In Goldstar it seems to pull out more of the citrus and fruity flavors
English summer ales are balanced beers and easy to drink. They have a nice malty backbone complimented by the flavors of hops. Sit back and enjoy a Goldstar while dreaming of warmer days!
Appearance: Slight chill haze, golden, white foamy head
Aroma: Crackery, Malty, Slight fruity, biscuit, Citrus
Flavor: MMMalty, touch of honey, biscuit, citrus rind
Mouthfeel: Light-meduim body, crisp, soft carbonation
