Australian Sparkling Ale
IBU: 21
What is an Australian Sparkling Ale? Well, it's exactly what you'd think. It's a highly carbonated ale that originated in Australia by the early 20th century. Today, Coopers of Adelaide, South Australia is the only surviving brewery producing the Sparkling Ale style in the world.
According to our knowledge, this style of beer has never been produced in Utah. Just like us, we like to create beers that NO ONE is doing within our Community. We ordered the yeast and hops from Australia while doing our best rendition of this style.
This beer also happens to be a collaboration with our friends from Proper Brewing Co.

16oz draft pour into a shaker pint

Golden straw with a large white foamy head.

subtle earthy-fruity nose, mostly bready and a touch of hops

Very earthy, bready and just enough herbal. Strong forward malt just like the brewers notes

High carbo, sharp and dry.

First time trying an Aussie Sparking ale, and since I can't find Coopers within 100+ miles, this is the best I can get. For me personally its a great brew and a new favorite.
