We did it, we finally made a Czech Pilsner! Czech Mate was brewed using old world style brewing techniques to increase the body of the beer naturally using a single malt. This pilsner uses 100% Czech Saaz hops that give off beautiful spicy and herbal notes that balance out the moderate bready/rich malt character. This beer was boiled for 2 hours to achieve its golden color and fermented with 100% Czech Pilsner yeast strains.
