another philly sour coming in hot! this philly sour we decided to go heavy with fresh strawberry and rhubarb and just a little bit of lactose in the kettle to give this tart sour a nice little sweet backbone. with spring right around the corner, this beer will keep you company while dreaming about the upcoming blooming months!
appearance: straw like, hazy, very light pink hue, fluffy white head
aroma: moderate strawberry jam, malty sweet, candy like
flavor: tart and tangy, wheat, strawberry jam
mouthfeel: fluffy, medium light body, crisp,
moderate carbonation
