In the Brewing World, Czech beers are sought out and difficult to make. Challenge accepted!! The Brewing Team here at Strap Tank would like to introduce you to our first ever Czech Amber Lager, Czech Your Engines.
This malt-driven amber was brewed using old world style brewing techniques to mimic what the traditional Czech Republic has been doing for years! This pilsner uses 100% Czech Saaz hops that give off beautiful spicy and herbal notes that balance out the moderate rich malt character. Fermented with 100% Czech Pilsner Yeast Strain, this beer is a beautiful example of a Classic Style!
SRM: 13 IBU: 32
