Despite what BA indicates, I do not believe any beers at TBBC are truly 'retired', many rotate or are made on special occasions, and they just aren't ticked very ofetn, that's all. This one is still around quite often, no doubt.
A - It pours a golden-yellow, with a hint of sunset and a bone-white fizzy head.
S - Not much to the nose, just some vaguely herbal and citric (lime zest) hoppiness, and a tad of grape-nuts barley aroma.
T - The taste is watery, in a good way; it emphasizes minerality and pristineness, showcases a light herbal and floral character from the hops and uses effervescence to strengthen otherwise mild flavor inputs.
M - Enhancing, so, good. With a different feel, the beer would probably suck.
D - Good enough.

This ones a little hard to describe but I'll do what I can...
Orange hue, red highlights, virtually no head but to view it towards the light it appeared hazy.
Smell. I could barely get a whiff but what I coulod get was cinnamon, wheat, and maybe a splash of nutmeg.
Taste was very good and turned out to be the wifes favorite of the night. Smooth delicate flavor of malt and hops with the aforementioned cinnamon riding subtly on top. Small amount of caramel was present from what I could tell.
Moutfeel was fresh and light with nothing left behind. I could drink this again and I know the wife will!

Tampa Bay Brewing Co. says this lager is "aggressively hopped with Tettnang and Saaz hops." But I didn't notice it.
Instead, I found this lager to be quite subtle. It doesn't have any off flavors, but instead offers a totally clean taste that is a nice change from some of their bigger beers.
If you are looking for a beer that makes your taste buds work a little instead of blasting them, try the California Common.
