Cloudy copper color, fluffy beige head. Huge bitter hoppy nose. Lots of sharp bitter cascades taste on the top, then more sharp bitter hoppy finish. If you don't like hops, stay away from this one. Nice crisp finish, but lots of lingering bitterness, not bad. Medium bodied, but very drinkable. A better than average American Pale Ale.

I think you would be hard pressed to find a better brewpub in the country.This was a great hoppy bold pale ale.Great floral smell and copper color.Real fresh.They also make a IPA and a California Common Northewestern style pale ale wich is also wonderful.

One of the best APAs I've ever had. A dream for hop lovers, but not a shred of harsh flavor. A must try when in Ybor City (Tampa). The brewpub is cool and the food is good too.
