Brewed in collaboration with Green Bench Brewing Company is St. Petersburg, FL. Hop Silo 4 is a Florida IPA with a generous amount of Hallertau Blanc hops. These hops provide a mild bitterness with floral notes. To make this beer truly unique, we added Sauvignon Blanc grapes in secondary fermentation. This unique style pours a hazy straw color with notes of pear, stonefruit and grapes in the nose. Sweet, acidic and sour on the palete with a dry finish. The perfect beer for a white wine drinker. Pairs well with salads, fish and fatty foods.

Collaboration with Green Bench Brewing. 16 oz can poured into a pint glass. This is labeled as a “Florida IPA” more descriptively a “sour IPA with Sauvignon Blanc grapes”. This is more of a sour than an IPA. This is my first “sour IPA” and may be not really a style that I enjoy.
