(Now at 8%) - Poured a dense, auburn-tinted orange with minimal head and some lace that stuck around a bit. The aroma has notes of minor acidity along with some woodiness in the aroma. Medium body, sticky, a little dense although there's a woody smoothness and booziness up front so beer is balanced. A touch of heat is even evident in this beer but there's also a sticky, piney grapefruit hop feel with some resin on the finish.
