The German Pilsner was a rotating seasonal. Served in a pint glass, the beer is gold with a chill haze. It has awesome lacing.
The nose is of noble hops, pepper, and grains.
Taste tracks the smell, slight bitter, crisp and latent sweetness.
The mouth benefits from sharp carbonation and mid level heft.
It may be a tad bitter for the style, but it works for me. Perhaps more of a Northern German example of a pilsner.

A: Pours a nice light golden hue with a tight one finger head. Nice retention shown, with wonderful sheet lacing all the way down the glass.
S: Nice light aroma with night of nice biscuit malt. Hints of floral hops come thru as well.
T: Rather tasty for a pils. Wonderful sweet biscuit malt with a nice blast of spicy hops. Well balanced and nice.
M: Medium in body, smooth with snappy carbonation.
D: Rather nice. Not one of my favorite styles, but I really enjoyed this one.
