Medium brown color, nearly opaque. Minimal light tan head. Inviting carmel malt smell. Taste was surprisingly creamy and smooth. Roasted sweet carmel malt taste, crisp dry finish. No lingering flavors. I even asked the bartender if this was really an alt beer. Much smoother, creamy, and drinkable than other alts I have had.
