A tart snap on the tongue with a bit of pie-filling creaminess from the lactose and overflowing with flavor that packs a lip-puckering punch. Bursting with bright key lime citrus aromas, immensely sweet, yet tart, with subtle hints of graham cracker coming through.

Canned 3/5/21
This is a can I’ve passed up on quite a few times at my local store. I don’t know why, but the other day it was just calling my name for some reason. Maybe I was just in the mood for something weird and sour in the moment. And now it’s time to drink something weird. Key lime pie in a sour? Yeah, sounds like it could work
Pours a cloudy pale orange with 2 fingers of off white head that slowly fades to a thin ring and leaves minimal lacing
Oh wow, this caught me off guard with how sweet it is in the nose, really much like a key lime pie. I’m picking up on aromas of graham cracker, honey, lime candy, orange juice, nutty malt, and lemon juice
Now I’m hit with another curveball (or back to my original explanation I suppose) because it is quite tart in taste. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting tart lime, lemon juice, crackery malt, and orange juice. The swallow brings notes of sweet graham cracker, vanilla, lime juice, nutty malt, and a touch of wheat
A medium body pairs with moderate scrubbing carbonation, resulting in a sweet yet refreshing beer. Finishes with a slow creep of stickiness, but nothing out of hand
This is a delicious beer. I really like the balance between the sweet and tart notes. I really regret neglecting this one for so long

Perfectly clear brew.
While it smells like a Key Lime pie (including graham cracker crust, somehow), the taste is far more into sour territory. There's still plenty of lime flavor on the palate, but not nearly as much sweetness as the nose implies. Still, it's absolutely delicious, especially if you like nice sharp sours.
