Wester than West Coast Style IPA fermented at cooler temperatures, hitting with a strong punch of aromatic hop intensity and high bitterness but finishes crisp and clean. Pours ultra-clear, straw yellow, with aromas of pineapple, pear & stone fruit. Super crisp, light bodied mouth-feel with flavors of tropical hard candy, pineapple, mango, cherry & subtle sweet bubblegum.

Poured a clearish copper body with good head and lace down the glass. More a malty aroma than the spring-like hops that you get in beer aroma. Beer is medium-bodied and chewy with a sweet caramel maltiness that is slightly dominant over a floral hoppiness that provides depth and lightness on clean finish. Not the most flavorful beer but pleasant and worth trying.
