This is a novelty beer that I was not prepared to enjoy. The pour is a creamy red and white liquid--a color not found in nature. The mouthfeel is pulpy and thick. And it for sure smells like a hunk of strawberry cheesecake. Of course it's sweet, but it doesn't ever get cloying. Strawberries, cream, vanilla flavors slide down smoothly. A really fun beer name and drinking experience. Go ahead--take a chance.
