It opens with a pint can poured into a clear Imperial pint glass. The color of the liquid is a cloudy dirty blond, with an uneven white head. The smell is of malt and mostly hops. The taste is mostly hops delivered by a supple malty transport, which doesn't bring much sweetness to the overall taste. There's not much glass lacing, but there is a good bitter hop presence. No, the folks at The Alchemist need not be alarmed, but this is a good local representation of the style.

A thanks to the reigning champion of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a golden/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is fruity, citrus. Taste is juicy, citrus, moderate bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Hazy, opaque, pale orange golden in color, white head, good lacing. Aroma is very fruity - peach, melon. Taste is more lemony, and fairly low bitterness. Fuller bodied, softer mouthfeel.

8/21/19...pours hazy gold with very little foam. Citrus juicy nose. Very fresh. Hard bitter open but very juicy. Lemon rind bitter. peppery bitter with a hefty finishing gusto. Sticks the landing.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Slightly cloudy golden pour with 2 fingers of fluffy white head. Great retention and lacing.
S: Sweet malts and citrus hops.
T/F: Light crackery grains give way to a citrus forward IPA. Sweet up front with a bit of honey. Grapefruit, melon, and mango follow. Modest bitterness... well balanced and super drinkable at less than 6% ABV. Light bodied and well carbonated.
O: A really good easy drinking IPA. Great flavor... clean and tasty. Really nice to have a quality beer from a brewery I've never tried before that's located so close to where I grew up.
