Look: It is dark brown with a tan head. Head retention is very good.
Smell: It has a deep aroma of chocolate. There is also a bit of roast.
Taste: It has a deep chocolate flavor with a bit of roast. It is clean. There are some dried cherry flavors and very low plum.
Feel: It is velvety smooth. It has low carbonation with a full body.
Overall: The flavor of the chocolate and roast work extremely well together with the other elements adding a bit of complexity.
