A: Pours a hazy medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale golden yellow + pale orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy frothy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering 90% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of bready + pale + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast and floral + herbal + earthy hops.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of bready + pale + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light to moderate flavors of floral + herbal + earthy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which slowly fades away leaving a clean finish.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshing crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable and perfect on this beautiful spring evening after a day spent hiking with the little ones - a little hoppier than some other pilsners but still a more classic hop profile comes through.

This is one nice pilsner. Really nice malty background that is bready and grainy tasty goodness. Mix of Saaz and Cascade hops is perfectly working in this beer.
