A: Pours a crystal clear slightly darker than medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger thick sudsy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a large patch of mottled very thin film covering approximately 90% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + biscuit malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. Moderate aromas of herbal + floral + spicy hops and a light to moderate aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + biscuit malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed my light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there is a moderate flavor of herbal + floral + spicy hops which impart a light to moderate amount of slightly aggressive bitterness which fades away leaving a clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp + refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a pleasant old world hoppy bitterness. I could easily have a couple of these.
