Mohawk Moment, a DIPA dry hopped exclusively with Nelson Sauvin. Resident Culture & Outer Range on the collab. Succulent milky haze in the pour, capped by a solid two fingers of rocky white foam. Aromas of white wine, and green tea. Taste follows with bright white grape and gooseberry, tempered with a refined matcha bitterness. Additional notes of mango, coupled with a distinctive peppery finish. Mouthfeel is creamy up front, and assertively prickly on the back end. If you're a fan of Nelson, this one delivers.
