Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Hallertau Blanc, and Tettnang - All sourced directly from Seitz Farm in the Hallertau region of Germany. Krausened with all that tiny bubble goodness flitting on the tongue with wisps of fresh lemongrass and newly-mown hay.

A - Pours a lightly hazed gold with a nice sturdy two finger white head. Heavy amount of soapy lacing.

S - Aroma is toasted biscuit, grainy malts and floral hops.

T - The taste is toasted biscuit, sweet corn, crackery malts, lemon, white grape and finishing with a floral hop bite.

M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a big crisp finish.

O - Really solid Pilsner.

16 oz can split with a friend. Pours a slightly cloudy straw yellow color with a fluffy head. Aroma and flavor feature biscuity malt, spicy/grassy noble hops, and more bitterness than I expected. Overall a decent German pilsner but I would prefer less bitterness.

I am sampling a lightly chilled 16 oz can. Date stamp 4/14/2022, sampling August 31, 2023. oops. Can was given to me and didnt look at date stamp. OH well, lets see what we have here.
Pouring into my pilsner glass. The beer pours a bright clear golden color with fluffy bleached white head foaming up 4 cm in my glass. Just leave a little in the can due to foam almost overtopping.
Aroma is some biscuit notes and a bit of skunky hops, seems like this one sat a little long before I got it. Ive only had it for about 1.5 months. The skunk note fades as the beer breathes a bit and I get some white grape and sweeter grain notes. No ABV hint on the nose.
First sip reveals a medium to light body with thinner texture and fine, slightly sharp carbonation. pretty mild physical traits on this beer. Flavor is similar to the nose, there is a bit of skunky hop note, and some grainy malt sweetness with hints of white grape and here I also get hints of lemon fruit, not rind in the background.
Overall the beer is a bit of a shell of what I suspect it is supposed to be. Definitely has a bit of a heineken vibe to it at this point. Wish I had noticed the date stamp when I received the can, I would have opened it on the spot.

Appearance: Light golden-hued body, nearly clear with a frothy, white head.

Smell: Spicy-floral, perfumy-soapy hops ahead of the crackery, grainy pilsner maltiness.

Taste: Slightly grainy pils with a light malt sweetness. Again, spicy-floral, perfumy-soapy hops that quickly, unabashedly swings towards a steely bitterness that lingers on, moreso than you often find (brings back a memory of ole Tuppers Hop Pocket Pils).

Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.

Overall: Not bad.

Pretty hoppy pilsner with a burnt busicuit flavor in the back. Solid beer.

A: Pours a relatively clear pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + lemon yellow + pale amber colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense fizzy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches + a medium to large sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of biscuit + cracker + grainy malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. Moderate aromas of lager yeast and light to moderate aromas of spicy + herbal + floral hops.

T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of biscuit + cracker + grainy malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light to moderate flavors of spicy + herbal + floral hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which slowly fades away leaving a relatively clean finish.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a light amount of dryness and a relatively clean finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very refreshingly crisp + clean mouthfeel. Well balanced between the malts and hops - nice malt flavors/aromas as well as hop flavors/aromas without much sweetness and a pleasant amount of bitterness. Really nice example of the style.

Clear and bright, light golden hued body; very nice carbonation; excellent thick, white head, dense and sculpted. Classic mild malt sweetness on the nose; vaguely floral hop notes. Well-balanced malt and hop flavors; mild biscuit and cracker; low-key sweetness; medium hop bitterness nicely accentuating the grain base. Medium-light body; gently warm and sweet.

One of the finest German pilsners I've experienced in recent times. The beer delivers excellent balance and nuance in a classic pilsner style. Absolutely delicious and refreshing.
