Strongly iridescent yellow colour. White, high, finely bubbled foam, is persistent. It clouds the glass beautifully. Visible yeast flecks on the bottom of the glass.
Aroma is sweet, malty, hoppy fruity, slightly candy with some caramel notes.
The taste is strongly sweet with a considerable counter bitterness. Overall, the hop bitterness rules the taste. It is dry and pronounced, although it doesn't seem very high at all. The bitterness gains strength in the finish.
Medium saturation. Body full, thick. Texture soft, creamy. Aftertaste long dry, in the background, strong fruitiness throughout.
